Delightful on its own, or paired with light foods and cheeses.

Beef Tenderloin
Pinot Noir's greatest strength is its suppleness. It pairs effortlessly with a wide range of foods - from fish to quail to grilled beef. Don't overwhelm its fruit and refined complexity with strong or spicy flavours; simply-prepared dishes are best.

This wine is a unique blend of two varietals selected from vineyards in the Okanagan Valley of South Central British Columbia. A refreshing wine that can be enjoyed on its own, or paired with light dishes such as pork or chicken.

Spaghetti Bolognese
Any grilled or broiled red meats pair well with Enrico's Malbec-Cabernet Sauvignon blend. The fat in the meats soften the tannins in the wine, while the earthy notes in the wine bring out the smokiness of the meats. Delicious!

A medium to full bodied red wine made from grapes sourced from the sun drenched vineyards in the south Okanagan valley of British Columbia. Aged in French oak barrels, this wine can be enjoyed on its own, or paired with game, red meat, and red sauce pasta dishes.

Sausage Pizza
The bold and assertive flavours in venison, turkey, or sausage, need a wine with enough body and boldness to stand up to them. Enrico's 2008 Syrah marries perfectly with these, as well as meaty pizza’s and stews.

Marechal Foch is grown extensively in the Pacific North West. Medium bodied, dark berry, vanilla undertones, a wonderful expression of coastal Foch. Aged in French Oak, this wine can be enjoyed on its own, or paired with red meats, cheeses and pasta dishes.

Moussaka
A perfect match with spicy, tomato based pastas, well seasoned lamb and vegetables or meat & potato casseroles. Enrico's Marechal Foch also plays well with strong cheeses such as aged gouda, parmesan and salty feta.
