A medium to full bodied red wine made from grapes sourced from the sun drenched vineyards in the south Okanagan valley of British Columbia. Aged in French oak barrels, this wine can be enjoyed on its own, or paired with game, red meat, and red sauce pasta dishes.
Marechal Foch is grown extensively in the Pacific North West. Medium bodied, dark berry, vanilla undertones, a wonderful expression of coastal Foch. Aged in French Oak, this wine can be enjoyed on its own, or paired with red meats, cheeses and pasta dishes.

Full bodied and peppery, this rare estate grown variety is deep purple in colour with blackberries and violets on the nose. This is Vancouver Island's first ever pure Cabernet Foch to be released. Pairs well with stronger meats such as duck or lamb and Mediterranean dishes. Enjoy!
