Picking only the best grapes from our vineyard, we created a truly unique wine with scents of black plums and red cherry that are woven together with the fresh aroma of early season blackberries, all supported by a subtle warm spice of toasty French oak on the palate. Our port-style wine is created from our signature Cabernet Foch grapes found in the heart of the vineyard. Our latest 50/50 blend of Corivese and Cabernet Libre exhibits a medium body in this unique and vibrant red wine. Strong tannins, a generous fruity body, and a long finish on the palate. Aged in French Oak barrels, it pairs great with duck and beef dishes.
